PRACTICES

WHAT TO WEAR AND WHAT TO BRING:  T-shirts and shorts that allow for movement, socks and tennis shoes.  No tank or strapless tops, mid-drifts, cut-offs (shorts OR shirts), denim shorts, flip-flops, sandals, bare feet, etc.  This is a physical sport.  Please dress accordingly.

• Please NO jewelry, including watches!  This is for the girls’ own safety.  Earrings are fine as long as they don’t hang below ear lobes. 
• Bring a water bottle to each practice.  No pop!  Water or sports drinks only.
• Bring a GOOD ATTITUDE full of ENTHUSIASM, otherwise known as SPIRIT!

GAMES: 

 
Be in full uniform and ready to cheer upon arrival to game.  Full Uniform includes:

1. Clean shell (top) and skirt (i.e. stain-and-wrinkle-free);
2. Brief (also called spankies or bloomers) (I will have these on hand for you to purchase at practices; they run approx $6 each);
3. White ankle socks (otherwise called Bobbysocks) and ALL-WHITE tennis shoes (doesn’t matter what brand or non-brand, as long as they are white).
4. Hair done and pulled up out of face with supplied* green & white hair accessory in place (*supplied by coach).

Bring:

1. Water bottle or sports drink;
2. Lots of energy and smiles!

**Please call -prior to game day if possible, if your daughter will not be able to make a game so we may reposition the girls for their “Hello” cheer.   Thanks!
